Service Description

This class is an opportunity to take some time to meet with other parents. To share, listen and connect. There will also be an opportunity to journal and learn and practice techniques to soothe and reset your nervous system which take such a heavy toll when raising a baby. Newborns to pre- crawlers welcome 💜 Each class will include: 🌟 guided meditation 🌟 group chat 🌟 time to journal 🌟 tips and techniques to soothe your nervous system
